Welcome to LGK Coaching. By using this website and booking services, you agree to
the following terms and conditions.

1. Coaching Services
LGK Coaching provides professional coaching services focused on leadership coaching
and career development. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care, therapy,
legal, financial, or medical advice.

2. Booking & Cancellations
Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or reschedules require at least
24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

3. Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice or payment request, typically via Venmo,
PayPal, or other agreed-upon platforms. Rates are disclosed prior to booking.

4. Confidentiality
All personal information and discussions during coaching sessions are kept strictly
confidential, except as required by law or if there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

5. Disclaimer
Coaching results are not guaranteed. You accept responsibility for your own decisions,
actions, and outcomes following coaching sessions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and resources, is the property of LGK
Coaching and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, United States.
